Reply to "MTH PS3 Engine Issues after Sound File Change"

You don't need to pull the old sound file out because in a nut shell you're just overwriting the memory cache with a new file so it's not needed and will not affect anything. A few things you should do when uploading new sound files (I have done several of them with great results). Make sure the engine you're uploading to is the only powered unit on the track. I remove anything that draws power, even lighted cars, basically anything with pickup rollers on it. Place the engine in a spot that's pretty close or on top of one of your feeds. I would try uploading the original sound file or the new one again using the tips I noted and when the upload is complete you should unplug the the USB from the TIU or PC and power cycle your track power to reset the engine.
