The item number is

30-2198-1

that set uses a five volt board which fail quite often. have you check the battery if it has a white battery you should have never powered it up bad battery can blow the board! also look at capacitors probably bulging !

here Is the pdf file about cars from mth web sight! first check and or replace the battery then power up do you hear a relay click if not board is DEAD
