MTH Smoke unit gasket(s) installation question

RogOGR Forum Member DIGITAL SUBSCRIBER

I am replacing gaskets on a leaky MTH smoke unit (both the circuit board and pot to fan housing) and was wondering if people have been installing them "dry" (gasket only) or adding a little RTV or other adhesive type material to get a better seal? See attached photo of gaskets. Thanks!
