Try not to over think it.  If running windows10, you shouldn't need to "look for (or get) an ap" from the Microsoft store. Win10 has unzipping/extraction built in. Just follow John, Barry & other's method to browse/set up a new target directory to avoid the hassles of locating hidden temp directories & files w/i your browser's subdirectory.
