After a call to MTH, I get a new assembly without sending engine in, and waiting...Gave me the part #. I'll post after this.
After I rolled engine wheels up, then on its side, that's when I saw the inner race. Prolly got lucky seeing it as very little gap between cab and drive wheels.
Hopefully just a bad bearing.
Bearing has an outer flange to keep it seated in place. The race is what holds the ball bearings in place.
