I operate the D Train religiously for over 2 years now, and yes, the D Train stops at Yankee Stadium (Except Am Rush Hours to Manhattan and the PM Rush to 205 St When the Yanks are not at home) , B (weekday rush hours only) and the IRT 4 Train all stop at Yankee Stadium.
