What about Protocraft...are their gearboxes plastic or metal...or do they offer both? I always use metal Kadee boxes on my 3RS freight cars...and also on the couple of diesels that I’ve 3-rail scaled so far. Just curious what you do—metal or plastic—and if it really matters?

I actually use a Kadee box for the Protocraft.
