The best commercial turnouts available using the .138" rail are Fox Valley, but they are not sectional. They are also #5's so they complicate the layout design.

I'd certainly try the Fox Valley Hi-rail turnouts, it should be easy enough to make the roadbed the same height as the SHS S-Trax system. and the rail is the same; .138". I find cutting S-Trax to fit to be a fact of life so adjusting for the #5 should be no problem...
