Well, it was kind of dumb for me to think it was the soldering job, because one yellow light on the pole works and one does not. So it's either the bulb or the wiring/connection inside the traffic signal.
I emailed Grysboski's train shop to see what they would do first. I don't want to void the warranty if I have one.
