Mth wifi not recognizing engines

Just got a brand new mth wifi box today. My Tiu is brand new also with the usb port and latest software. Hooked up the wiu with the cable supplied. I am using the mth network. Opened the app it found my tiu ok. Went to add engine menu hit add mth engine it searched and the the screen read no new engines. I have only one engine on the track. All others have been removed. It will not find/add any engines. What is the problem?
