With the MTH WI FI connected to 1 TIU V6.0 my hand held remotes always work with TIU but both a tablet and I Phone both say that the system is connected to MTH WI FI on the phones but phone and tablet often cannot find any engines active or when I refresh often say no TIU found. Other times when I get it working and am running trains it just cuts out and I have an engine running and no control of it or way to get the connection back via WI FI. I have also used the Wi FI unit with a different TIU that I take to train shows or the garden railway and it is just as temperamental. I am running connected to the MTH WI FI as do not want to mess with connecting to home network as it is far in the basement from the home WI FI and do not get the best signal and do not want to have visitors sign in with their devices to my home network as would have to clear them through an extra firewall connection. Any suggestions??
