Sorry to hear of the issues you had with your new locomotive. Did you opt to contact your dealer about it? When MTH closed their service department, we promised MTH Electric Trains we would provide factory warranty service to the best of our ability for customers who made their new purchase from us. If we cannot, we gladly replace or refund our customer. Does other MTH dealers offer the same? If not, what do they do?
