If you look closely, the positive and negative banana terminal are part of an entire assembly.  These are the same that are used in the TIU. YOu might be able to reassemble that dual terminal assembly to replace the single damaged binding post but once you have the Z4000 apart it may be easier to replace the whole thing.

See my picture below: The one on the left was removed from an early defective TIU and the one on the right is a replacement from Radio Shack:

First of all,thank you for your quick response.I was doing a little research and i came to that conclusion about about the ones from the TIU are the same.I would be very grateful to you if you did do that kind offer for me and I accept it 100%.If there is anything that I could do for you,I would do my best to return the favor. Am I allowed to give you my email address right here ? I am not sure how hard it is to open up the transformer and replace it,but I will try.
