2015 must be the year for vanishing suppliers. I have both of Mullet's side door caboose kits, one built, and would have jumped on an IC one, with the high cargo door, and several others. Not easy to build, but easier than scratchbuilding them ground up, and cheaper than having them custom built (I think, although I have not tried that).
