Speaking of the heat, are you sure a 16,000 btu AC will do the job? Even with good insulation that seems to be pushing it. In south Texas it would not work. One Ton equals 12,000 btu.

We were through TN about a month ago on the way to Michigan and stopped at an antique shop in Hazel, KY. It might be a good place to look for RR items if you like road trips.
