It makes me wonder... The theory of ending the Flyer car as I understand it is to give other manufacturers a chance at the NASG annual car.

There's not a lot to choose from for R-T-R equipment: AM, MTH, Pikesville Models to a degree and of course Lionel appear to be the short and only list. MTH has been somewhat erratic, hopefully that will improve. With the passing of Ron S, I wonder how much commitment the heirs to S Scale America will have.
