Since Nebraska is east of Cheyenne, Wyoming, and Ogden, Utah is WAY west of Cheyenne, probably not. However, most of the UP business car fleet is in Council Bluffs, Iowa, and not that far from the Missouri River, there may be some issues with having the required business cars available for the big event in May.
