Need a set of drivers on a RK USRA 0-6-0 30-1270-1

Are there any MTH repair shops in NYC area? And are drivers commonly carried items? Looks like this guy has done too many miles on narrow diameter track counter clockwise. The flange is shot. Any help appreciated. This is from an online auction, and I don’t remember seeing this defect in their photos. No way I’ve had it or run it long enough to have caused this.
