Found a fireman's side view of one of the Mikes (7230), but I'm not sure it wasn't changed later. The running board and the pilot step (steps on both sides) are different than on all the other Mikes (they have ladders not steps).

I ordered a copy of Larry Goolsby's book on the AB&C also, he said there are a number of photos of these engines in both AB&C and ACL paint.
