Need help with stairs

My trolley will run on an elevated platform, 6-7” above the base layer of the commercial district. I have elevators at two stops, but would like to add stairs. I’ve thought of kit bashing a pedestrian walkover bridge, but wonder if there’s not a more realistic source for stairs
