Need Pinouts For TMCC Diesel Motherboard PN 691-PCB1-11E

This MB is used in many mid-2000's TMCC diesels. I am troubleshooting my 6-18289 CN Dash-9 #2528 Tank Train engine, that has inoperative front/back headlights, ditch lights, and number board lights, though everything else seems to work.

I have tried a spare R2LC with a feature reset, no change. I have applied 5vdc to the individual headlight LED circuits at the 4 pin chassis connector, and they work. Looks like I need to trace the MB headlight pinouts to see where to look next.
