A few years ago someone walked up to me holding a box. They said that I could have the train in the box if I wanted it. Not being one to turn down a train I took the box. Later I glanced at it and did not think positive thoughts about the jumbled mess in the box. I put it aside until a couple of hours ago and decided to check out my treasure.

It took a while but to my surprise it was a Lionel. After some flipping through catalogs it turned up in the 1978 issue.
