The "All-Door" cars mentioned, were built by Thrall Car Co. of Chicago Heights, Ill. in the 1970s.  A similar style car was built for the Southern Railway, but had roll up doors, where as the Thrall cars had eight plug doors.  Both Gloor Craft Models, and the old Quality Craft Models had kits in HO, O, and N scales.   The Thrall cars on occasion are seen, but in very few numbers these days.....   Would be an interesting car, if done correctly by some small model company.
