Just got off the phone with Ron at AM and he now has the NH RS 3 in Orange and Black. I think it is quite sharp!

Does anyone know if an engine almost identical to this was made in O Gauge? I'm going to look at a collection but I only have some kind of grainy pictures of it. Everything appears to be O gauge but a there is a picture of what appears to be an identical engine and I can't find anything else similar from Lionel or MTH while searching images. This is the only thing that shows up. I'm pretty sure it is O since everything else in the collection is Lionel O.

Any help with this is greatly appreciated. I want to pay a fair price but its hard to tell value when I don't know what it is.
