Well, my question is, why did they do only half the job? I bought the Premier Woodside passenger cars, and they flicker worse than incandescent lighting, no capacitors! Talk about a cheap deal! The kicker is, you can take them apart and solder a cap in, there are holes in the lighting board for it! mad
