That's a very cool car and I've got my order in for a 2015 membership. They won't charge your credit card until January. Joining for 2015 also makes you eligible to buy this year's current members-only deals, including the Bear Creek Wine car. I hadn't signed up for 2014 because this year's car wasn't steam era, so when I tried to buy the wine car they wouldn't fill the order. But taking out a 2015 membership allowed me to buy the Bear Creek car, which arrived today. So if you're a steam era modeler who likes wine, this is your big chance.
