Reply to "New engine arrived and broken"

I had a post regarding the George Bush Presidential Library Seal and the post was removed very quickly. I was told to call Lionel if I had an issue with the seal, I called before labor day and have not received any reply as of to date. If anyone gets a reply regarding the seal, maybe you could pass it along.
