I just got off the phone with Erin from Lionel. Couldn't have been any smoother. I explained what my problem was. Also mentioned the OGR forum, and the gentleman that relayed about Lionel sending replacement pilots. All i had to do was tell him where i purchased it from. He said both pilots will be mailed out. Very happy. Dave
