It looks great, Peter. Neat work is one sign of quality work. I’m with Bob, I hadn’t seen an attic above an attic, but looking at the exterior shows why.

I have had a crawl space under half the basement, and our older daughter and her husband have one now. That’s what you get building houses on steap hillsides like we do here!
