New Layout Review

Hello,

This is my first post and my first layout research process. I'm planning my first layout and would like to present it here for review, opinions, etc. I'm limited to 8' 3" x 5' 2" for size. The only engine I have is a Lionel SW8 and the Polar Express set which started all of this. I've attached the SCARM file using Fastrack, hopefully I did this right. Thanks for any and all help.
