They had two A-B-A sets of Tuscan FP-7s, I believe. Not sure about the F-3s.
Those two FP7 ABA sets were apparently the only tuscan F-units on the PRR. They had the standard passenger 5-stripe scheme as well. All of the F3 and F7 units on the railroad as well as the 38 more FP7 A-units and 10 FP7 B-units were DGLE (Dark Green Locomotive Enamel) with the standard single-stripe freight scheme.
