VJandP, looks like you got a unit that has been disassembled at some time. Why all the scraping around the coupler? Like you said, check every visible screw that you can see for tightness. Hopefully that’s all that needs tweaking. Looks like the new norm will now be to completely check all these things before the first run. Keep us posted.
