My ACL SW7 has the same problem and was unable to remove either arrestor. So will run it with smoke off until calling Charles Ro and asking them what to do. Also have the Legacy B&O GP9 torpedo version that has so much piping detail on top it is difficult to remove the hatch on top to lower the master volume.
