If you can't register online, you can always register on site (non-members can even join on site if they pay all of the fees to join in addition to the meet registration fee).
And as a first-timer, if you already haven't done so, I reccomend going to the Eastern Division page and printing a copy of the York Expo Center map to bring with you. I forgot my map on my second York and almost missed an entire hall (the White Hall) where I ended up finding several things on my want list.
Also, if you want to visit specific vendors in the dealer halls (Orange, Purple, Brown), you may also want to print out the dealer charts for the hall they are in.
