Everything works as described up to where it says 'Reset Password' dialog box. I click on it and nothing happens after that. The lettering in the dialog box turns blue. I have cleared any history and turned off any filters. When I click on one of the links below the dialog box, I get a 404 error message. I believe Mike when he says all is well at his end, but I can't figure whats wrong at mine. Anybody with any ideas?

It could be your browser. What browser are you using?

Start simple first though. You might want to try rebooting the PC and attempting the reset password again immediately afterward.
