there is a flare on this model in the back. It is the tallest structure on the model. It is nothing more than a vertical pipe with a line for steam and one with gas to keep the flame on.
I have also done flare structures using angle. The look pretty close to transmission towers.
The plastruct parts are yellow colored right from plastruct. You can by many different colors from them. When you buy pipe you just add a "y" prefix . An example would be tb-4y
