I used the stock RS2.5 for my Commodore and with the right speaker, it's amazing!

In this case, it's a giant Tang Band 4-Ohm with a smaller 4-Ohm laptop speaker in the boiler, but I have also had great results with Atlas and Lionel Fat Boy speakers. @harmonyards can share more info...
