I also had a Union Pacific trackside warehouse modeled for sale at York. It will be produced decorated as shown in the photographs to a limited production of pieces ordered as a result of the York show.

The details: 1" shadow box format with removable back, individual floors and ceilings with provision for adding LED lighting. The platform sticks out about 3/4". Each piece is 12" long. You may order 1 or more. Multiple pieces overlap/interlock to make the appearance of a single building. The left and right ends will be finished off appropriately. Yes, somebody at York ordered 1 and a 1/2 pieces because that is all the length that was available to hide a pipe clean-out.

The price: $50.00 each 12" shadow box plus USPS Priority Shipping.

The wait: Will depend of the number of pieces ordered, but expect 3-4 weeks.
