Brian,

I second Dewey T's great advise, build yourself an overhead shelf layout in one of your rooms, in reality a small bedroom works well for these kind of layouts.

I just built one myself in a 29x18 Bar/Game Room, these layout are not difficult to build.

The overhead shelf ceiling layout would wok in your small place very well.
