Unfortunately your design has a serious flaw.

There is absolutely not enough space to get up to the height you need with the way you have it now.

Figure that you need to raise up about 6.5 inches to safely cross over trains.

6.5 inches at 4% grade (horribly steep) requires 13.5 feet or track!!!
