New Wire-Following Operating City Bus For My Layout

I completed another operating wire-following vehicle that runs on my Main Street on the layout.  This is my largest vehicle so far, a city bus modeled after a 1954 Crown Coach short-wheelbase "Supercoach" City Bus.  Besides being just about everywhere in the western US in the 1950s, it was the bus on the Leave It to Beaver TV show in the mid 1950s.  I always thought the Crown Supercoach was the quintessential 1950s bus.  I pretty much made mine an exact replica except I added corrugated lower siding simply because I think corrugated siding looks cool on a bus.

Going to try to build a tractor trailer next – not too ambitious the first time-- it will be a small one, just a three axle vehicle.  I expect it will go rather quickly to the point where it almost works well and be quite a while before I sort through a lot of new issues I will encounter.  But it will be fun.

Here is a video of it running on the layout . . . before I put placards and detail on it, but otherwise done.
