This is good news 
at a time of much higher motive power and rolling stock prices driven by added features as well as cost inflation. As a result I think in the near future an increasing number of o-gaugers will be directing more of their funds to building layouts and acquiring structures and scenery at comparatively more modest cost than equipment.
If this assumption is even partially true it bodes well for the new company. The "new Kober" Company prices will probably be some higher also as they start-up and restore the product line. But availability, itself, of this prime line of buildings has a value for me and others I know.
