I believe that is NKP #767.  She hit a Wabash passenger train at NE interlocking in New Haven Indiana on July 17th 1951.  She was repaired and returned to service, but crews said she was never quite the same after that.  The City Of Fort Wayne actually requested this engine for public display, but due to it's poor condition from sitting dead outside the East Wayne enginehouse, (which is in sight of where the wreck occurred)  765, which had been stored inside for much of that time was substituted instead.  765 was put on display as 767, and 767 went to scrap disguised as 765.
