The drive wheels being in good condition is a BIG plus! Unfortunately, the pilot, which was integrally cast with the frame, cannot be easily replaced unless it was specially fabricated (3-D molding?) and then epoxied to the chasis. Another option may be fastening a sheet metal pilot to the frame.
