I had one with broken pins. A lifetime supply of replacement pins can be found on eBay. Not exactly sure what they are called. They are pretty fragile. A bit of downward pressure brought mine to life.

If you find yours broke off and want to repair. Hit my e mail and I’ll send you what you need.
