no 'REPLY' box opened

walt rappOGR Forum Member SUPPORTING MEMBER

I have a thread titled "QSI Powerguard for electronic protection" on the sell forum. I need to add a reply but when I open the thread there is no REPLY section. I am signed on, obviously, since I'm posting this so I don't understand why there is no REPLY section.

Can you explain this to me and can you tell me how to somehow do a reply?
