Non MTH and Lionel Buildings

I am getting back into the O gauge hobby again after being down for a couple of year. I need to know if I have any options other that MTH, Lionel, and Woodland scenics for houses and buildings? I am considering just going with Woodland scenics and adding a building every so often but it's hard for me to plan a new layout if I don't know what or how much space I have to reserve for structions. I would like to go with an Old West motiff but I have not seen any kits or prebuilt structures like these. I prefer prebuilt as I don't want the city to come in and condemn my hand made buildings. I have seen these in G scale but not O gauge. If anyone has information on these types of structers I would appreciate the help.
