Non- Powered Atlas o scale C-628

I was able to obtain an Atlas Monon C 628 non-powered unit. No box, no instructions for this unpowered locomotive. Would like to know if this unit has any working features such head lights, maker lights or electro couplers.

I have looked everywhere on the internet but don’t see anything addressing this for the non-powered units. It is 3-rail.
