Forget it Dave45681....at least 4 repliers have tried explaining it to him and he still doesn't get it....and a few folks put in links to the EDTCA website thereby giving the option for READING AND COMPREHENDING the meet rules himself, or to bother looking at these rules...a noble try, sir!
