Except about half of the Heritage fleet (give or take) are GE's!

As far as investment, these were locomotives already in the purchase pipeline, they weren't bought specifically for the Heritage fleet. The only real investment is in the cost of the special painting, which will easily be made back in buzz, advertising and goodwill.
